A variety of church groups meet throughout the year providing opportunities for friendship, discussion and encouragement in the Christian
faith. These include:
Midweek Groups
These groups create a place where we can get to know each other better as we seek to develop our relationship with God and to support each other in living out the Christian life. Special courses are run during Advent and Lent, in addition to the Bible study courses and study days held at other times of the year. We try to offer a range of approaches and this has included looking at art and Christianity, ways of growing in prayer, and issues concerning justice and faith, as well as more conventional Bible study. Please see NEWS AND EVENTS for current programme.
Mothers’ Union
The Mothers’ Union is an international body dedicated to supporting marriage and family life. It is particularly concerned with helping those whose family life has met with adversity. The Cringleford branch meets in the Church Hall Centre at 2.30pm on the fourth Wednesday of the month. New members always welcome. In addition the branch supports an annual marriage preparation course and the weekly Noah’s Ark group for babies and toddlers and their parents/carers.
